Conference Entrance
All attendees should enter from the main LUMS campus entrance.
AAS-in-Asia 2026 will take place at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) from 25–27 September 2026.
Everything you need to know about arriving, finding your way around campus, attending sessions and accessing essential facilities is outlined below.

Registration desks will be set up in the Covered Parking, on the right side of the entrance.
Participants who have not registered on our conference platform will have to register outside the campus due to security reasons.

Currency exchange is available at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, allowing international participants to exchange foreign currency on arrival.
For additional support during the conference, MCB Exchange will provide dedicated currency exchange assistance to AAS-in-Asia delegates.
Open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
An MCB Exchange desk will be available during the conference to assist delegates with currency exchange enquiries and arrangements.
Complimentary transport between delegates’ accommodation and the designated exchange outlet, preferably in groups of 2–4 participants.
A dedicated vehicle, driver, facilitation officer, and unarmed security guard will be available during the conference period. Delegates will also receive MCB Exchange contact details and a link to the conference-dedicated MCB Exchange webpage for further assistance.
Daewoo Express is the Official Travel Partner of AAS-in-Asia 2026 and will provide dedicated shuttle services for international and outstation delegates staying at Hotel Indigo Lahore and Royal Swiss Lahore.

Delegates are requested to arrive at the designated hotel pickup point at least 10 minutes before departure. Shuttle services will operate according to the above schedule, so participants are encouraged to plan accordingly.
LUMS is a 100-acre university campus. Check the location of your next session in advance and allow sufficient time to move between conference venues.
Directional signage and conference volunteers will be available at key locations during the event.
Wi-Fi will be available for conference participants on campus.
