Eat well

Meals & Refreshments

Conference registration includes lunches, tea/coffee breaks, and the Opening Dinner. Tea and coffee stations will be conveniently located close to the conference lecture halls. Lunch will be served primarily at the Pepsi Dining Center (PDC) and the Executive Dining Hall (EDH).

A great option for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours including hummus, fattoush, Arabian salads, falafel, shawarmas, gyro rice, chicken mandi, Lebanese-style burgers and platters.

A bakery and dessert-focused outlet serving cakes, pastries, brownies, muffins, donuts, ice cream and sundaes, together with selected savoury bakery items.

In addition to bakery offerings, the outlet also offers a rotating selection of savoury Pakistani and Pan-Asian dishes.

Accessibility & Special Assistance

LUMS is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible campus environment. The campus includes accessible pathways, ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, and designated parking facilities to support participants with mobility requirements.

The University also has a dedicated Office of Accessibility and Inclusion (OAI), which supports individuals with visible and invisible disabilities and works to facilitate equitable access to campus facilities and activities.

A 24/7 Medical Centre is available on campus. Participants requiring wheelchair assistance, accessible seating, assistance navigating the campus, accessible parking, or another specific accommodation are encouraged to inform the conference team in advance so appropriate arrangements can be coordinated.
