Getting to the Venue

The AAS-in-Asia Conference 2026 will take place at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Lahore, Pakistan, from September 25–27, 2026.

International participants arriving by air should fly into Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE), Lahore. The airport is approximately 20-30 minutes by car from the LUMS campus, depending on traffic.

Check your travel route at least a month before the event to avoid delays or cancellations due to changing factors such as weather, transportation schedules, or government policies.

  3. Enter or review the suggested fare and request a ride.
  4. Choose your preferred ride type:
    1. Premium – higher-comfort vehicle

    4. Rickshaw – three-wheeled rickshaw
    5. Moto – motorcycle ride
      ‼️ For airport travel, particularly during Lahore’s warmer months, Ride A/C or Premium may offer the most comfortable option, especially when travelling with luggage.
  5. Passengers can then compare available drivers based on their rating, vehicle and offered fare before selecting a ride.
  6. Before entering the vehicle, check that the driver's identity, vehicle and registration details match those shown in the app.

Helpful Tips for Arriving Guests

  • When using any booked transport, confirm that you are entering the correct vehicle associated with your booking.
  • Allow additional travel time during peak hours in the morning (9 to 11 AM) and evening (6 to 8 PM).
  • Keep your phone charged and ensure you have access to mobile data, roaming or airport Wi-Fi after arrival.
