We look forward to welcoming presenters to AAS-in-Asia 2026. To help sessions run smoothly, all presenters, chairs and discussants are encouraged to review the following information before arriving at the conference.

Presenters should arrive at their assigned room at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start of the session.

Participants using Macintosh computers should bring the appropriate adapter required to connect their device to HDMI.
The conference organizers will not provide specialized presentation equipment such as TV/DVD equipment, overhead projectors or slide projectors.
Presenters are strongly encouraged to prepare for a low-friction session by following this simple checklist:
Panel chairs are responsible for managing session time and ensuring that all presenters receive an appropriate opportunity to present and participate in discussion.
Presenters are requested to respect the time allocated by the chair.
Session chairs are expected to:
Discussants are expected to provide constructive commentary on the papers or presentations and help facilitate discussion among panelists and the audience.
